Download MRFSurface
The software is released as a windows installer. It has been tested on 32bit WindowsXP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 64 Bit. Run the installer and you are ready to go (try the examples for example).
Download Sumatra
Sumatra (The Surface Manipulation and Transformation Toolkit) is a general tool for viewing and manipulation surfaces and pointclouds. The software is released as a windows installer. It has been tested on 32bit WindowsXP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 64 Bit. Run the installer and you are ready to go.
Reference
The above software is released as citeware. For the pure surface reconstruction the following reference is appropriate:

Markov Random Field Surface Reconstruction, IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics, pp. 636-646, July/August, 2010
For the combined alignment and surface reconstruction the following citation should be used:

Why no source code?
MRFSurface is based on the
Visualization Toolkit (VTK) (for mesh and volume structures),
GEL (for half-edge operations),
VXL/VNL (for matrix computations and solvers). It is therefore quite complicated to distribute in source form and compile. It is not impossible that a future source-code release will happen.
