Accommodation
ECMFA has allocated some rooms in different hotels in the Copenhagen area. One (the Scandic Eremitage) is in Lyngby, which is closer to the conference venue; the others are in downtown Copenhagen. The conference venue is easily reachable by public transportation from downtwon Copenhagen (in about 30 minutes).Below, you will find a list of hotels, their location and rates. Note that participants must contact the hotels themselves for booking their rooms. In order to obtain the special ECMFA rates, please refer to the ECMFA 2012 event and give the registration key, when registering with the hotels.
Note that the room pre-reservations for ECMFA 2012 run out some time ahead of ECMFA 2012 (depending on the hotel). After that date, it might be difficult for you to find a room in the Copenhagen area, due to the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, which starts right after ECMFA. We recommend that you make your hotel reservation before the early registration deadline of ECMFA (May 23). If you want to make sure to get a room in the cheaper hotels or at your preferred location, you should make your reservation as early as possible.
