Location
The meeting will take place at Backafallsbyn conference facilities on the lovely island of Ven, Sweden.
Transport
On Monday August 17 the ferry leaves Copenhagen at 9.15 and we return Friday August 21 at approximately 17.30.
Payment
The price for participating in the meeting (August 17 - 21) is Dkr. 6000. This includes food, accommodations (shared double rooms in 4 person houses) and travel by ferry from Copenhagen and bus on the island.
