Call for papers
The workshop invites extended abstract submissions presenting original
work within a range of topics related to farm animal and food quality
imaging, such as applications of image analysis to:
- Monitoring of farm animals and their behaviours
- Assessment of farm animals with respect to growth and slaughter
- Sorting of raw food materials
- Maintaining a uniform high quality food product with minimum waste
- Developing and producing food products with required chemical, physical, sensory, or health related properties
As well as new technological developments in:
- Imaging sensors and camera setups for farm animal and food inspections
- Image analysis and data analysis techniques for processing and assessing relevant information from images or videos of farm animals or food products.
Paper submission All submissions will be reviewed by anonymous reviewers. The extended abstracts will be accepted for oral or poster presentation. All accepted abstracts will be published in proceedings. Submissions (as well as accepted abstracts) are limited to 6 pages. Authors are to follow the formatting guidelines provided by the SCIA conference (Springer format). Submissions should be sent to Line Clemmensen by 29th of April.
