Registration is handled by Congress Consultants, Martensens Alle 8, DK-1828 Frederiksberg, Denmark.
Deadline for early registration is 24 May 2009.

Please note that your registration for the conference cannot be confirmed until payment has been received. If you pay by cheque or bank transfer, we will hold your reservation 7 days while we await payment.
Conference Hotels
In the registration form, you can make reservations for accommodation at the following downtown hotels
Cabinn City – Standard room http://www.cabinn.com/kbh/city/city.html Price is 545 DKK (approx. 75 EUR) per night per person excl. breakfast
Ibsens Hotel – Standard double room http://www.ibsenshotel.dk Price is 1350 DKK (approx 181 EUR) per night in double room excl. breakfast
The payment for the hotel is due at departure and settled directly with the hotel. We will still need the credit card details to secure the reservation.
Booking is available via the registration site. However, if you have registered or want to book immediately, it is possible to book via an email to Congress Consultants congress@congress-consult.com. Please specify "room reservation ISVD2009" in the subject field.
