About Me

I finished my PhD from the Department of Theoretical Computer Science at the IT University of Copenhagen (ITU) in July 2005. I joined DTU Informatics in March 2006. Before that I spent 3 months as a postdoc at ITU and another 6 months as a postdoc at Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at University of Southern Denmark.

Research

My research interest is in the design and analysis of data structures and algorithms, especially, approximation algorithms, graph algorithms and pattern matching. I am part of the Algorithms and Logic group at DTU Informatics (see also announcements in the group and the Algolog wiki).

Teaching

I teach algorithm courses at all levels. I am also the pedagocial supervisor at DTU Informatics.
