| | Abstract | This project concerns the development of Comstat2, a Java-based computerprogram for the analysis and treatment of biofilm images in 3D. Various algorithms for gathering knowledge on biofilm structure, etc., will be examined. Emphasis is put on creating a future-proof program structure and to ensure compatibility with an earlier version of the program.
