Change detection in a short time sequence of polarimetric Cband SAR data  Allan Aasbjerg Nielsen, Knut Conradsen, Henning Skriver
 Abstract  Based on an omnibus likelihood ratio test statistic for the equality of several variancecovariance matrices following the complex Wishart distribution with an associated pvalue and a factorization of this test statistic, change analysis in a short time series of multilook, polarimetric SAR data in the covariance matrix representation is carried out. The omnibus test statistic and its factorization detect if and when change(s) occur. The technique is demonstrated on airborne EMISAR Cband data but may be applied to Sentinel1, CosmoSkyMed, TerraSARX, ALOS and RadarSat2 data also.
