Patmos is a VLIW architecture designed for real-time systems. The processor is a dual-issue, static scheduled processor. To evaluate different design decisions a simulation of the processor is needed. The simulator will be developed in tight cooperation with the research group on time-predictable architectures. The preferred programming language is Java.
