Hotel Accommodations for PARA04 Participants

A block of rooms has been reserved, at reduced rates, at each of the hotels listed below for the period June 19-24, 2004. These rooms will be held exclusively for PARA04 participants until April 30, 2004.

Since the blocks can be expected to fill quickly, please make your room reservation early. Reservations made after April 30, 2004 will depend on availability and the rates below will not be in effect. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation number from the hotel, either in writing or by phone. Please keep this number. The hotels require a credit card to guarantee your reservation.

Fax or mail the Hotel Reservation directly to the hotel of your choice. You may also make your reservation by phone, giving an appropriate credit card number. To obtain the discount rate, you must mention that you are a participant of the PARA04 Workshop.

The rates below are quoted in DKK per night per room and include breakfast, service, and 25% tax. N.B. These rates are subject to change.

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel by 4:00 PM Danish Time at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid incurring charges on your credit card. Please request a cancellation number.
