To all PARA'04 Speakers,

Dear PARA'04 Speakers and Co-authors,

The full papers of at most 10 pages will be included in the workshop
proceedings to be published, as a special volume, in the Springer
series Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS).

  Conditions:
  ===========

The published paper must satisfy the following condition:

1. All papers will be reviewed by two referees and the reviewers will decide on
the publishability of the paper.

2. The author or one of the co-author had to attend the PARA'04
conference.

3. The theme of the paper should be the same or at least similar as
the talk at the conference. The title could be modified.

4. The paper should be written in latex and must follow the Springer
LNCS and PARA'04 standards:

The details of the latex requirements will be given soon. The PARA'04

5. The papers should be submitted to me before September 15, 2004.

  Practical Informations:
  =======================

1. The contributed papers should be submitted directly to me.

2. The minisymposium papers should be submitted, one copy to me 
and one copy to the symposium organizers. Please follow additional
instructions of your organizers if they are.

3. If the extended abstract should act as the full paper please 
send me a message. I will send the paper for the referee.

4. If you have already ready paper made in other publishing system
and you are converting it to the latex system. The paper either in
postscript or pdf format can go to the referee process. Please send
me this paper.

5. Finally the paper should be sent with:

   a. latex text as one piece, the bibliography should be included,
   b. graphs (pictures) as *.eps files,
   c. a postscript or pdf file, and
   d. about more details see the PARA'04 URL in a few days.
