PhD theses at DTU Compute are published in a uniform, size B5, department layout. Once your thesis is complete e-mail your file(s) as attachments to Finn Kuno Christensen (kuno@dtu.dk), who will take care of registration and uploading of all kind of theses versions in full text to DTU Orbit/Findit and DTU-Doc. Consult DTU Inside (internal pages) for up to date detailed information of department PhD administration procedures, including printing and publishing and the latest versions of Latex templates.

The printing is carried out by the print-service (print@compute.dtu.dk) and we will help you printing the 6-8 copies ment for supervisors and censors before the defense. The main supervisor and the PhD student are responsible for completing the following steps including submission of the material to print service. Get the internal PhD serial number by contacting Finn Kuno Christensen.

Two versions of the thesis should be provided one for printing and one for the publication databases and the web. Both final versions should be in pdf format.

Reports will be printed in about 25 copies. All expenses to be defrayed by the PhD project. The print service takes care of delivering the required number of copies to DTIC (Technical Knowledge Center & Library) and Nationalbibliografien (The Royal Danish Library). DTU Compute deposits about 15-20 copies in stock.

Print service (print@compute.dtu.dk): Finn Kuno Christensen, Erik Lund Poulsen, Jørgen Hedebye
