    abstract     = "A test statistic for the equality of several variance-covariance matrices following the complex Wishart distribution with an associated probability of finding a smaller value of the test statistic is introduced. Unlike tests based on pairwise comparisons between all temporally consecutive acquisitions the new omnibus test statistic and the probability measure successfully detects change in two short series of {L-} and {C-}band polarimetric {EMISAR} data.",
