This paper documents the process in re-designing and re-writing the e-conomic app targeted for iOS (iPhone/iPad), using the native programming language and tools, and with respect to commonly known design patterns and industry standards. This paper also documents the implementation of a {REST} {API} and a {SOAP} webservice in an iOS environment.
