Mikkel Schneider Larsen Abstract Project management might sound like a dry and boring subject. Nonetheless it is not just about optimizing a static system. It is an exiting process. Project management is more than just boring administration. It is about humans and how to gain the best performance by creating the right conditions. In larger projects the role of the project manager, is more administratively focused. It will be necessary to standardize the communication between the individual project participant, the project leader and the top management. This report is about the start up of a development process. It is wanted to construct a tool for standardization of some of the assignments of the project leader. The report tries to show a picture of what a project really is. The report also works as documentation of the work done today. It was chosen to work in iterations using Uniffied Process. This report is written in Danish.
