    abstract     = "This report is a statistical analysis of health data from 23 cancer patients in Chemo therapy, from the phase 1 of the project  Krop \& Kr{\ae}ft  (Body and Cancer), at the University Hospitals Centre for Nursing and Care Research (UCSF), Copenhagen Muscle Research Centre, and the clinic for Oncology \& haematology at Copenhagen University Hospital. 

The report uses data from three questionnaires (SF-36, {EORTC} {QLQ-}C30 and {HAD}/HADS) and data from six objective physical measuring methods of the physical health of the patients, included measurements of strength and V O 2 max . The statistical analysis concerns longitudinal data, and is carried out by using several statistical approaches, for example the Proc Mixed analysis from the {SAS} program. 

This report focuses on a statistical approach to the data, and on being a guide/introduction, on how toapproach similar data from future phases of the project. All the plottings are made in Matlab and Staro°ce Spreadsheed except for the pictures which have been created/edited in Adope PhotoShop. The statistical analysis is made with the use of {SAS} and Matlab."
